I spoke to the office manager over the phone who told me that if I brought them the title to my car that they had looked at, they would waive the towing charge for it. I agreed to this and drove down there with the title. When I got there, she claimed that I was lying about that and I would actually have to pay the towing charge and give them the title or they would deny me access to my car and charge me for storage until I paid it. After reluctantly paying the unfair charges, I was then verbally assaulted by the owner who told me "You have 5 minutes to get your stuff and get the f**k out of here". This is after they took 3 days longer than they originally claimed to look at my car.
I highly recommend this company. We were in a horrible accident on 84 with 6 other cars and a tractor trailer. My car was towed to thier lot. They have been nothing but kind and compassionate in helping us to deal with this bad situation. If you have repair needs this is the place to go.

I brought my car there to have minor rear-end collision repaired (Jeep Cherokee). When they were done, the car looked better than when I had bought it 6 years earlier....doesn't get any better than that. Reasonable prices, too.
